The cursor on the Acer Iconia Tab W500 may intermittently jump to the corner of the screen closest to DC-in jack. In order to resolve this issue, follow the steps below to update the firmware for the touch panel on your Acer Iconia Tab W500
1. In your Internet browser of choice, navigate to our Acer Product Support page.
2. In the Select Your Product section, click the icon that represents your product.
3. A new window will pop-up. In the Select Line section, choose the line that represents your product link.
4. In the Select Model section, choose the model that represents your product.
5. Click the Confirm button to verify the correct model choice.
6. Navigate to the BIOS tab and download the latest touch panel firmware
