Guild wars 2- Error Code: 45:6:3:2114

Ahoj, potřeboval bych poradit ohledně hry GW2. Mám ji asi +-týden (nahráno cca 60h). Dnes jsem se zkusil přihlásit a napsalo mi to: Your Guild Wars 2 account has been terminated due to botting, extended unattended play, using macros, or similar behavior. Attempting to automate gameplay through any means or attempting to circumvent idle-time restrictions in any way is in violation of the User Agreement and Rules of Conduct. The account closuare is pernament .
Nikdy jsem ani jednu z uvedených věcí nepoužil. Tak jsem šel na mail, protože jsem myslel, že to chce jen něco potvrit(nečetl jsem hned tu "chybu"). A našel jsem tam den starej mail( z 9.4.) a pak z dneška (z rána 8:02).

Tak nevím co mám dělat, protože nechci přijít o účet..Přece jen ta hra stála litr.. :(
